Brian’s professional career includes lecturing in domestic and international graduate and undergraduate programs in the areas of business, law, and ethics.
He is a highly accomplished attorney and has successfully prosecuted multi-million-dollar economic crimes cases and persuasively defended complex civil cases in federal district and appellate courts throughout the United States. He has served as an International Coordinator for the U.S. Justice Department representing the interests of foreign governments pursuant to Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties. Brian has extensive experience providing effective consulting and litigation support to business owners, managers, and attorneys regarding contracts, labor and employment, and general business issues.
